Liturgy for Life

Central to spiritual growth is worship. We’re made to worship and the habits of our life are often a reliable indicator of what we’re actually worshiping. Think of these habits as liturgies. Our Lent series this year, Liturgy for Life, aims to help us identify the habits or liturgies we’ve already adopted and tries to guide us to be more thoughtful and intentional about the rhythms we cultivate. At its best, liturgy has the potential to steer our soul in the most life-giving, soul-satisfying, and God-glorifying direction.

Psalm 96:1-13
We all have habits that are big parts of our life, some healthier than others. What if there were a keystone habit, that if adopted, would help us grow in all areas of life? God invites us to adopt fresh habits of worship–let’s call this ‘liturgy’–that will help us become more fully human and discover uncommon pleasure in all of life.
