Sermon Series

Language of Life

City Church’s move to our permanent home later this year will mark a new beginning for us. To prepare for this exciting moment, our first series of 2025 will focus on the early chapters of the book of Genesis, the Bible’s foundational book. These ancient stories will offer us the wisdom needed to lay a strong foundation for our future.

Genesis 1:1-5; 2:2-3
The first chapter of the Bible is not only one of the most famous and important pieces of literature, it features what is foundational to a full life. In it we discover what is central to life, how to deal with darkness in our life, and how to build sustainable rhythms that promote our well-being.
